Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave from frozen
Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
Warning
The tray may soften on heating but will regain strength on standing. When removing film after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Microwave - From Frozen. Cat E 850w 8 min, Cat D 750w 9 min
Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid in several places. Place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 6 minutes (Cat E/850W, Cat D/750W). Peel back film lid, add 1 tablespoon of water to the rice, stir rice and sauce separately and re-cover. Cook on full power for a further 2 minutes (Cat E/850W) 3 minutes (Cat D/750W). Allow to stand for 1 minute and stir.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C, 400°F, Gas 6, 40 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid in several places. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 25 minutes. Peel back film lid, add 1 tablespoon of water to the rice, stir rice and sauce separately and re-cover. Cook for a further 15 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute and stir.

Maybe I was unlucky with mine but the meat was very gristly. I also found it too spicy but then Im not used to spice so thats just me

Was very surprised at this, being only £1 didnt have high hopes tbh. But its totally lovely ratio of chilli to rice is perfect! Will order again oh and my fella loved it also!
